Measure integrated loudness in your browser.
Check integrated LUFS and sample peak before delivery. The entire analysis runs on your device: your master is never uploaded or stored.
What the number means
Integrated LUFS describes the average perceived loudness of the complete file. The measurement follows the BS.1770 gating method used by common broadcast and streaming workflows.
Sample peak is not true peak
This tool reports the highest stored sample. Inter-sample true-peak measurement needs oversampling, so use a dedicated mastering meter when a delivery spec requires dBTP.
Common reference points
Targets depend on the destination
| Use | Typical reference | Remember |
|---|---|---|
| Music streaming | Often normalized near −14 LUFS | Not a mastering target |
| Podcast stereo | Often around −16 LUFS | Check the platform spec |
| Broadcast | Often −23 or −24 LUFS | Regional standards differ |
