Understand activity counts

Open Sends to see whether a link has been opened, played or downloaded. Activity counts help confirm that a delivery worked and can provide context for follow-up.

Automated email security scanners sometimes open links before a human recipient. Treat an open as a delivery signal, not proof that the recipient listened. Plays and downloads are stronger indicators.
