Listening Copy Help
Recipient-specific audio watermarking
Create a different embedded identifier for each recipient delivery and trace a suspected leaked copy.

Watermark and trace a delivery
When watermarking is enabled, Listening Copy creates a different embedded identifier for each recipient delivery. The watermark is designed to remain inaudible during normal listening.
If you later receive a suspected leaked file, use Trace to check it. A detected identifier is matched against your delivery records. A match identifies the delivery that received that copy, not necessarily the person who personally distributed it.
Watermarking is a tracing measure, not a promise that a leak cannot happen. Use it with individual recipient links, appropriate download controls, expiry and revocation.
